Two other new posts in the old thread today from people who are running the same version of MacOS as I am. The OS X Yosemite 10.10.5 update improves the stability, compatibility, and security of your Mac, and is recommended for all users. The one I originally posted this in has been marked as Answered and doesn't seem to be getting any attention from Microsoft, but other people today have apparently begun having the same issue, which makes me think it may be a new issue.
